Returns and Refunds

Change of mind refund- Send and Shred only
We offer a 30 days change-of-mind refund for Send and Shred. You can return an unused Send and Shred bag for any reason within 30 days of lodging your order. We will refund the purchase price minus our shipping and handling costs.

To obtain a change of mind refund, please email us first. Then please send us:

  • the unused product in its original condition;
  • a copy of your proof of purchase (eg. receipt, credit card statement);
  • a request for a refund;
  • your contact details, so we can process your refund.

Refunds for other reasons
We provide replacements and refunds for MyCard Protector and Send and Shred in other situations, such as where our product or service fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
